At Monserate Winery, we take painstaking effort to pursue perfection in everything we do. There is no detail too small or insignificant for our attention. From the planting of our vines to the wine we’ll serve in our tasting room, we aim to provide excellence. It all started with our vineyards, which were constructed with much care and intention. With scientific precision we chose Italian grape varietals for our specific region and planted our vines in a way that compliments the natural landscape. We have kept everything in house, and have not outsourced any portion of our winemaking so that we can be sure our standards are met for our estate wines.
In the future, we plan to build elegant structures to accommodate the gathering of our community. We also intend to hire the best to care, serve, and create an exceptional experience for our guests. We have taken the time.
We know we have done all the small things well, and it has created something great to share.
